General Information
With the bexio Go Mobile App, you can manage your contacts, enter times for service recording, create invoices, and upload documents that can then be used to create purchase receipts. This article describes how you can manage your sales receipts.
Sales Overview
bexio Go allows you to create and edit Quotes and invoices, as well as view orders.
Quotes
In the "Quotes" section, you can view, download, or email Quotes as PDFs. Creating Quotes is only possible with the new Plans & Options.
Invoices
In the "Invoices" section, you can view, edit/create, and send invoices. Creating invoices is only possible with the new Plans & Options.
Orders
In the "Orders" section, you can view, download, or email orders as PDFs. Currently, it is not possible to create or edit orders.
Limitation
- Adding a time tracking item
- Adding expenses
- Changing the order of items
- Changing the currency
bexio Go Sales
With the bexio Go mobile app, you can manage your sales documents directly from your smartphone. This allows you to quickly create and send invoices on the go and keep track of your quotes and orders.
Additionally, you can:
- Manage contacts
- Record working hours for services
- Upload documents (e.g., receipts for Purchase Bills)
This article explains the sales functions available in bexio Go.
Sales Overview
In the sales area, bexio Go supports:
- Creating and editing invoices
- Creating and editing Quotes
- Viewing orders
The available functions depend on the document type.
Quotes
In the Quotes section, you can:
- View Quotes
- Create Quotes
- Edit Quotes
- Send Quotes
Creating Quotes in bexio Go is only possible with the new bexio Plans & Options.
Create Quote
- Open "Sales" → "Quotes"
- Tap the "+" (Plus) button at the top
- Select a contact
- Add title, date, and additional information
- Save
You can add the following item types:
- Standard
- Product
- Text
- Discount
- Subtotal
- PDF page break
Preview Quote
After adding items, you can preview the Quote as a PDF:
- Tap the "View PDF" tab in the top right.
Send Quote
When the quote is ready:
- Tap "Next".
- Select "Mark as pending and share PDF".
You can then send the Quotes to your customer.
Orders
In the orders section, you can:
- Open the orders as PDF
- Download the PDF file
- Send the orders by email
Creating or editing orders is currently not possible in the mobile app.
Invoices
In the Invoices section, you can:
- View invoices
- Create invoices
- Edit invoices
- Send invoices
Creating invoices in bexio Go is only possible with the new bexio Plans & Options.
Create Invoice
- Open "Sales" → "Invoices".
- Tap the "+" (Plus) button at the top (alternatively, you can use the shortcut on the home screen).
- Select a contact.
- Add at least one item.
You can add the following item types:
- Standard
- Product
- Text
- Discount
- Subtotal
- PDF page break
Preview Invoice
After adding items, you can preview the invoice as a PDF:
- Tap the "View PDF" tab in the top right.
Send Invoice
When the Quote is ready:
- Tap "Next".
- Select "Mark as open and share PDF".
You can then send the invoice to your customer.
Current Limitations
The following functions are currently not supported in the bexio Go Mobile App:
- Adding time tracking items to an invoice
- Adding expenses
- Changing the order of items
- Changing the invoice/Quote currency
If you need these functions, you can still use the bexio web application, which offers the full range of functions.
