How quickly can I use Worldline services?
Worldline's review process usually takes between 3-15 working days (this is not the same for every company). Any identity card copies, signatures, or other documents required by the provider Worldline must be sent directly to
customerservices@worldline.com for authentication so that the review process can be completed and the services can be provided.
If the review process by Worldline Services has not yet been completed, the following error message appears when attempting to pay an invoice via the payment services:
Possible reasons for a delay: 🕒 Missing ID copy, signatures, or other required documents that have not been sent. → Since these are required, Worldline support will request them from the customer so that the contract can be activated.
🕒 Additional currencies. → For additional currencies, corresponding additional agreements have been used. Once these are signed and returned, the additional currencies will be activated in the systems.
🕒 Business model with special products/services that contradict Worldline's policy. → If products or services are distributed that contradict Worldline's policy, the customer will be informed accordingly and asked to ensure that these products are not billed via Mastercard, Visa, or TWINT.
Activation of individual payment providers
After successful registration and review by Worldline, certain payment methods are available immediately, while others require a separate application. Please note the following points:
Immediately available: The payment methods Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, and Diners Club are available to you immediately after successful activation by Worldline. You do not need to take any further steps for these.Additional application required: For the payment options AMEX, PostFinance Pay, and Reka , a corresponding application must be submitted in advance to the respective provider. Only after successful review by the provider will these payment methods be subsequently activated for you by Worldline.
The application forms for the respective providers can be found at the following links:

Posting in bexio
Provided the customer pays via the bexio invoice under: "Pay now ", the transaction is booked via the standard account 1029 (Bank - System account) . Please note that this information may vary, as the account number can be adjusted as desired.
Recommendation : If the account number and account name of this system account are changed, the traceability for technical support is also made more difficult. For this reason, we recommend not making any changes to this account.Already made changes? : Check the journal after automatic payment receipt via a Worldline to see which account was booked.
Expense booking : You can manually book incurred expenses via "Manual bookings". For further questions, please contact your accountant or trusted Fiduciary directly. (Find Fiduciary )
