You can keep separate payroll accounting for each company set up in bexio, depending on the option ordered. Managed via a login email address, you can easily change company (client).

Click on the current company name (clients) and select the new company (clients) without log-out or log-in.

Years / Past years

bexio payroll accounting keeps track of previous years. This gives you the opportunity to quickly and easily switch between the years. However, you also have the option of deactivating (hiding) previous years. To do this, go to the "Company" tab, select Master data and click "Basic data" on the bar. Check the appropriate boxes to hide previous years.

The new calendar year is automatically opened at the turn of the year.

If you then click on the year in the navigation panel, you can switch between your visible business years.
