In bexio, you can adjust your personal data such as name, email, and language at any time via the profile menu. If you change your email address, it must be re-verified via a confirmation message. The user interface is available in German, French, or English. A new password must consist of at least eight characters, containing both uppercase and lowercase letters as well as at least one number. If access has been blocked or the password has been forgotten, the account can be unlocked using the "Forgot password" function.

Changing personal details
You can change your personal details, such as your name and email address, in bexio at any time. To do so, simply login as usual.
Click on "Edit profile" in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
Click on "Profile and language" to get to the overview of your personal details.
Alternatively, you can click on the icon with the three lines in the upper left-hand corner, next to the company logo.
You will then see the following screen:
Go to "Manage companies". You will be forwarded to your profile automatically. In the upper right-hand corner you will now see your name and an arrow pointing downward. Click on your name or the arrow pointing downward.
Click on "User profile & language":
You can now change your first name, last name, email address and language. Please don't forget to save your changes at the end. 
If you change your email address, you will automatically receive an email from bexio asking you to confirm your new email address.
Changing language
bexio is available in German, French, and English.
As shown in the print screen above, you can change the language of the application by following the same steps as you were when changing your personal details and email address.
Change password
First, you can click on "Edit profile" at the top right of your name. Then select "Password":
You can now choose and set your own password. Enter your current password in the first field if it was not already entered automatically by the system.
Then select your new password in the second field. In the last field, please enter the new password again.
If you reset your password, it must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
Please don't forget to save your new password.
If you no longer have access to your bexio account or if you have forgotten your password, you can use our "Forgotten password?" function.
