If your bexio storage space is full and you can no longer upload receipts, you must fill out a Support Request to increase it. On the form, select whether you are a customer or a fiduciary, and then choose the option "bexio Product" followed by "Datenspeicher erhöhen" (Increase data storage). Finally, provide your email address, company name (bexio account), and customer number; the bexio team will automatically process your request to expand your inbox storage space.
