Payroll can be activated in your bexio account under "Settings" -> "Package and Options". Only users with "Superadmin" authorization have access. Payroll can be tested free of charge for 30 days and will incur costs thereafter. The costs depend on the number of employees and the chosen package.

Activate
You can add payroll as a product option to your bexio account. To do this, go to "Settings" -> "Package and Options" -> select the "Overview" tab. You will find a button "Change package and options" at the bottom left. Here you can activate payroll, depending on the number of employees in your company.
After activation, you will find payroll in the navigation under "Salaries".
Important: Only users with "Superadmin" authorization are permitted to access payroll. To exclude or include specific users from access rights, you must remove or add "Superadmin" authorization for those users in user management.
Costs
For introduction, you can test payroll once for 30 days free of charge. If you do not deactivate the option, payroll will automatically become subject to charges after the test phase expires. You will receive an email reminder from us a few days before the test phase ends. You can generally continue working with your chosen package. Payroll is available as an additional option and can be tested free of charge for 30 days once.
The additional costs for the respective packages are structured as follows:
