Create your documents with gross prices (VAT included)

In bexio, you can create invoices that include VAT (gross prices). To set default gross prices, go to Settings > All settings > Accounting > Default VAT settings for documents, and then change the price display setting. To apply gross prices to a single invoice, open the document in "Draft" status, go to the Settings tab, select the Gross option under the Price section, and save your changes.

In bexio, you have the option to create invoices where VAT is included in the price (gross prices).

How to set default gross prices

To set default gross prices, go to Settings > All settings > Accounting > Default VAT settings for documents.

Here, you can define for each type of document whether prices should be displayed as gross or net. By default, the system applies net prices, but you can change this setting so that gross prices are applied by default in the future.

Apply gross prices to a single invoice

To create a specific invoice with gross prices, open the relevant document and go to the Settings tab.

The invoice must be in "Draft" status. If the invoice is already pending, first click on the Edit invoice again button located on the right side of your screen.

Once in the Settings tab, select the Gross option under the Price section, then save your changes.
