Create a project from an offer

bexio allows you to link offers and projects. To create a project from an offer: open an offer with the "Open" or "Confirmed" status, then click on "+ Create project". The automatically transferred data includes the project title, the start date, the work packages (from the quote items), and the estimated time (if the unit is "h").

Create a project from an offer

Open the offer with the status « Open » or « Confirmed ».
Click on the « + Create project » button on the right.

Data automatically transferred to the project:

Project title: adopts the title of the offer.
Start date: adopts the creation date of the offer.
Work packages: created from the item positions of the offer.
- The first line of the position becomes the package title.
- The rest of the text is included in the description.
Estimated time: adopts the item quantity (only if the unit specified in the quote is « h »).
