In bexio, you can import recorded times and expenses onto an invoice either directly from a project or independently of a project via the contact. This is subject to the services being marked as invoiceable, the times having the status ‘Completed’, and the expenses not yet having been invoiced.
Under ‘Project’, you can enter times. Select ‘Time’ from the list of services and then click on ‘New entry’. Specify the activity, the status (open, in progress, completed, invoiced, closed) and the service description. Tick the ‘Compensable’ checkbox for invoicing. There are three entry types available: duration, from/to or stopwatch....
In bexio, you can store hourly rates at various points in the system: at the project level, with the customer, with the employee, and for business activities. If hourly rates are defined in multiple places, a clear priority rule (override) applies.
